Position Summary
The Clinical Patient Service Representative (CPSR), under general supervision, is a multi-tasking position performing a variety of support functions of medical clinics. The CPSR will ensure all provider schedules are appropriately populated, telephones are responded to according to established protocols, and complete registration information is captured prior to, or during each visit. Other responsibilities include assisting medical providers and working closely with patients in preparation for examinations to provide medical care; performing patient intake and routine tests; completing paperwork assigned by the Provider; assisting the front office as needed; and conducting patient calls as requested.

Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent- required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant front desk customer-related experience in a healthcare setting - required
- BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required within 90 days of start date
