Job Details
General job duties include general nursing for medical / surgical departments.
Equipment utilized includes EPIC for HER and omnicells for medications.
Minimum of 1 year medical surgical experience required.
Floating to all medical surgical floors including gen / med, ortho / neuro, post surgical, heart center, inpatient rehab, behavioral health, medical oncology.
Job Requirements
Active Oregon nursing license required.
BLS certification required.
ACLS certification preferred.
Schedule Information
Shifts are from 0645-1915 and 1845-0715.
Never work alone; standby may be required.
Unit Specific Information
Dress code is scrubs of any color; no tattoos above shoulders, only facial piercings allowed is a nose stud, and natural hair color only.
Additional Details
Must be able to float to all M / S floors : gen / med, ortho / neuro, post surg, heart center (tele), inpatient rehab, behavioral health, med oncology.
Last 4 SSN required.
