Salary Range for this exempt position: $73,528.00-$101,108.80, depending on experience

Position Summary

The Strategic Sourcing Analyst is responsible for overseeing the development, administration, and performance management of medical supply contracts across the organization. This role ensures contract compliance, supports sourcing strategy execution, drives cost optimization initiatives, and maintains accurate contract and pricing data within Materials Management systems. Identifies, facilitates, and drives cost reduction initiatives in collaboration with multiple value analysis committees, executive and business unit leaders, group purchasing organizations, Decision Support, Finance, and Materials Management. Leads cost impact analyses for new clinical products, supports supply standardization efforts to improve value, and enhances patient care.

Position Qualifications

Experience

• Five years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, sourcing, or contract administration within a healthcare procurement environment is required.

Education

• A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related discipline- or the equivalent in experience or education, is required.
