JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Medical & Behavioral Health Technician on the following, but not limited to:
  

• Patient care, including creating and implementing individualized care plans
  

• Review department quality, conduct audits, and provide corrective actions.
  

• Manage inpatient staffing and scheduling.
  

• Monitor vital signs, report changes in clients' conditions, and take necessary actions.
  

• Ensure staff competency and performance through ongoing monitoring.
  

• Ensure accurate documentation and monitor medication audits and inventory.
  

• Maintain compliance with regulations, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
  

• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.
  

• Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives.
  

• Ensure compliance with regulations and conduct necessary reporting and auditing.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Current and active Registered Nurse license in the State of California with no disciplinary actions or restrictions.
  

• Valid California driver's license and liability insurance (if driving personal vehicle on company business).
  

• Adequate vision, hearing, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination.
  

• Ability to sit at a desk, use a keyboard, write, and perform other job duties.
  

• Ability to move within the facility to observe clients and staff.
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing patient needs.
  

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
  

• Preferred: One year of experience in residential healthcare, behavioral health, mental health, or related fields.
  

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical record systems preferred.
  

• Familiarity with substance use disorder treatment preferred.
  

• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
  

• Available for on-site work and on-call availability 24/7 as needed.
  

• Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
