JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage Medical & Behavioral Health Technician on the following, but not limited to:
Patient care, including creating and implementing individualized care plans
Review department quality, conduct audits, and provide corrective actions.
Manage inpatient staffing and scheduling.
Monitor vital signs, report changes in clients' conditions, and take necessary actions.
Ensure staff competency and performance through ongoing monitoring.
Ensure accurate documentation and monitor medication audits and inventory.
Maintain compliance with regulations, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.
Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulations and conduct necessary reporting and auditing.
Requirements
Requirements
Current and active Registered Nurse license in the State of California with no disciplinary actions or restrictions.
Valid California driver's license and liability insurance (if driving personal vehicle on company business).
Adequate vision, hearing, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to sit at a desk, use a keyboard, write, and perform other job duties.
Ability to move within the facility to observe clients and staff.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing patient needs.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred: One year of experience in residential healthcare, behavioral health, mental health, or related fields.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical record systems preferred.
Familiarity with substance use disorder treatment preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
Available for on-site work and on-call availability 24/7 as needed.
Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time.
Salary : $95,000 - $130,000
