Asama Coldwater Manufacturing is seeking dependable individuals to join our machining team as CNC Machine Operators.
Whether you have previous CNC experience or are looking to build a career in manufacturing, we provide training to help you succeed.
In this role, you'll operate automated machining equipment, inspect finished products, monitor machine performance, and help ensure the quality of precision metal components used in manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do
- Operate CNC machines and automated manufacturing equipment
- Load and unload metal components
- Monitor machine operations and production output
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
- Use measuring tools and gauges to verify specifications
- Change tooling and assist with machine setup activities
- Identify production issues and communicate concerns to leadership
- Maintain work areas according to 5S standards
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and dependability
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Preferred
- CNC machine operation experience
- Manufacturing experience
- Machine operator experience
- Production experience
- Quality inspection experience
- Blueprint reading experience
- Experience using measuring instruments
Training Available
Previous CNC experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
