What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (preferred if already licensed)

What You'll Do
- Generate and follow up with new sales opportunities
- Quote and sell auto, home, life, and business insurance
- Build relationships with prospects and current clients
- Cross-sell multiple lines to maximize household value
- Learn agency operations, retention, and book growth strategies
Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
