Asa LifeCare is seeking an experienced and dependable District Supervisor to oversee multiple residential homes, support House Managers, and help maintain consistent, person-centered care.
This is a hands-on leadership position that requires strong communication, organization, and accountability. The District Supervisor must also be willing to occasionally work DSP shifts when coverage is needed.
Responsibilities
- Set clear expectations and hold staff accountable.
- Coach employees and managers through performance concerns.
- Train and support House Managers.
- Promote teamwork and communication between homes.
- Recognize strong employee performance.
- Complete MAR and documentation audits.
- Address staff conflicts and help develop practical solutions.
- Lead team discussions and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
- Monitor staffing, training, compliance, and quality of care.
- Assist with occasional DSP coverage as needed.

Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in home care, residential services, healthcare, or developmental disability services.

- Experience with MAR reviews or medication documentation preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional DSP shifts.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
