Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Chattanooga, TN for a Civil Design Project Manager. The role involves overseeing project management lifecycle tasks, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling. Responsibilities include managing design processes, coordinating project planning and approvals, leading communications with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of civil engineering and construction projects. The position requires continuous collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams to meet project goals and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Design Management and Project Planning
- Strong skills in Project Management and Budgeting
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with teams and clients
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in relevant civil engineering and design software
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or the ability to acquire it is preferred
- Familiarity with local regulations and experience working in Chattanooga, TN or similar areas is a plus
