Dietitian - Hybrid

We are seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to join our team full time. This role offers all the benefits of private practice without the administrative burden - no billing, no marketing, and regular supervision to support your clinical growth.

This position is hybrid, with two to three in-person days per week in downtown Napa. In-person roles receive a higher compensation rate due to increased clinical availability. If we are unable to fill the position locally, we may consider fully virtual candidates.

Compensation Tiers:

• RDN I (Entry Level): $36–39/hr billable; $27–28/hr administrative
• RDN II (2 Years Experience): $40–42/hr billable; $29–30/hr administrative
• RDN III (5 Years Experience): $43–45/hr billable; $31–32/hr administrative

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (CDR), eligible for CA practice
• Experience in individual counseling and client-centered care
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; basic computer proficiency
• Comfort working with diverse identities, body sizes, and socioeconomic backgrounds

Preferred:

• Eating disorder experience
• Experience with underserved or marginalized communities
• Motivational Interviewing, Intuitive Eating, HAES-aligned practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based Medical Nutrition Therapy using the Nutrition Care Process
• Deliver inclusive, culturally responsive care across clinical areas
• Document sessions accurately and on time in the EMR
• Communicate with client care teams and participate in collaborative casework
• Assist in developing educational materials and outreach projects
• Engage in supervision, professional development, and team meetings
