About the Position
We are seeking a caring, dependable In-Home Caregiver to support clients with daily living tasks and companionship in their homes. We value team members who are patient, reliable, and dedicated to improving the quality of life for others.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting as needed)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and light exercise
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Offer emotional support and companionship
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Medication reminders (no medication administration)
- Maintain a safe, clean environment
- Follow individualized care plans and communicate with supervisors and families
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Previous caregiving experience or CNA certification (preferred but not required)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs depending on client needs
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional
- Strong communication skills
