Role Summary
Responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of the Amazon customer experience across AS Beauty brands with a focus on driving sales. Responsible for the brand image and maintaining consistency across the Amazon platform with best in class conversion driving strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the launch, merchandising, and ongoing health of the Amazon product portfolio across AS Beauty brands, including PDP imagery, A content, product copy, reviews, voice of the customer and resolution of merchandising related issues.
- Maintain brand consistency and brand cohesion across all franchises while partnering with the creative team to concept and brief high-impact visuals that drive conversion.
- Manage and optimize the Amazon Storefront and on-platform content, ensuring products are properly listed, in stock, properly priced and continuously improve performance through analysis and testing.
- Collaborate cross functionally with marketing, DTC, sales support and product development teams to align on product priorities, support new launches, execute promo strategies and drive Amazon Live.
- Provide ongoing performance reporting and insights on KPIs and A/B tests.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in DTC, Amazon with digital merchandising experience
- Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
- Analytical mindset with experience reviewing sales
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Beauty or CPG brand
- Fast-paced consumer brand environment
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
