Responsibilities:
• Cold call and negotiate contracts and pricing with shippers.
• Build ongoing relationships, consistently expanding existing accounts by securing more loads.
• Bring in new shippers and nurture long-term partnerships.
• Use outstanding negotiation and sales skills, while always communicating with courtesy and professionalism.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of proven logistics sales experience, with a track record of bringing in shippers.
What We Offer:
