Must have deep experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central as the enterprise resource planning platform. Evaluates data, forecast needs and production scheduling. Develop plans to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of operations. Responsible for receiving and warehousing of all raw material, work in process, and finished goods inventory as well as shipping of service parts, consumables, canisters and equipment, efficiently and in a cost-effective wayEssential Functions:Supervise the flow of goods and inventory across the entire supply chain from manufacturers to warehouse to point of saleOversee supply chain team and coordinationCoordinates closely with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, and transportationOversees Warehouse staff (Shipping/Receiving) and ensures efficient warehouse processesCreates, loads, and maintains Bills of Material (BOMs) in Microsoft Dynamics Business CentralContributes to the development of processes and proceduresDetermine, plan, manage and optimize raw materials, consumables, spare parts and all other materials that are required to meet production planManages supplier and CM performance, including quality, delivery, and service metrics.Reviews supplier cost changes and leads internal evaluation and approvalProvide business forecast at frequency agreed upon in the contractTrack manufacturing output and match against customer orders that have been placedDetermine the production capacity needed to meet changing demands Manages all ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central) master data including Bills of Material, part numbers, vendor listings, routings, and material attributesUnderstand the availability and capacity of resources and allocate tasks to resources to maximize the efficiency of the resourcesWork with Engineering to determine and apply material routing and attrition factors to bills of materialAnalyze data and create reportsPerforms related duties as assigned Competencies:Strong leadership including team-building, coaching, mentoring, and managing cross-functional teamsExcellent organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage aggressive timelinesStrong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional team membersComputer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Project).Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business systems; deep experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central requiredExperience with additional business tools such as SmartSheet, Salesforce, or AdobeSign is an assetEducation and Experience:Bachlors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or similar fieldPrior supervisory experience is preferred5-10 years of progressively responsible related experience, including at least two (2) years’ experience at a supervisory level.Physical Demands and Work Environment:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions:sedentary physical activity requiring reaching, sifting, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, feeling, repetitive motions, talking and hearingVisual requirement is for close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focusMay occasionally lift or move items up to 25 lbs (e.g., sample parts, small boxes, product components).Frequently required to stand, walk (or otherwise be mobile)Ability to deal with stressful situations as they ariseTake a look at your potential career with ARxIUM and apply today.    WE would love to meet you! Powered by JazzHRd9rLK17YPB
