The Transportation Coordinator responsibility is to make certain that logistics systems and service providers deliver the performance required to ensure that Domestic inbound and outbound operations run effectively for Arxada and our customers. This role is onsite in Conley, GA
Essential Job Functions:
Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) focuses on threats posed by microorganisms to people and planet through five distinct business lines including Professional Hygiene, Home & Personal Care, Wood Protection, Paints & Coatings and Material Protection.
Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE), meanwhile, provides materials used to manufacture composites for electronics, aerospace and other markets, as well as vitamins and nutritional ingredients, chemicals and performance intermediates, and raw materials for a wide range of high-performance applications.

Essential Job Functions:
- Manage outbound and inbound shipments as required.
- Responsible to maintain and build an ethical and effective partnerships with logistics business partners and internal stakeholders.
- Process logistics/transportation related items for day-to-day orders related to bulk trailers, rail, LTL, FTL, drivers' dispatching.
- Assist with Fleet management
- Perform freight invoice auditing and approval of domestic freight and other transportation related invoices, including drivers' per diem, if necessary.
- Drive continuous process improvements in service quality, efficiency and reliability, and cost competitiveness.
- Assist customer and/or internal stakeholders with tracking information.
- Associates degree or above required
- 2-4 years of manufacturing experience
- SAP knowledge and aptitude preferred
