Role Description The Medical Assistant at Arviv Medical Aesthetics supports providers in delivering aesthetic and medical treatments in an on-site, full-time role located in Miami, FL. Daily responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, assisting with procedures, and ensuring proper documentation and maintenance of medical records. The Medical Assistant greets and rooms clients, prepares the room for providers , and assists providers with procedures. The role also involves managing appointment flow, maintaining clinical supplies and equipment, and supporting infection control and safety protocols. Collaboration with clinical and front-desk teams to provide timely, respectful, and high-quality patient care is essential.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Medical Assisting skills, including supporting procedures, taking vitals, and assisting providers in a clinical setting.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Medical Terminology to accurately communicate and document clinical information and treatments.
- Candidates should possess experience in a Medical Office environment, including appointment coordination, patient intake, and basic administrative tasks.
- Candidates should possess Patient Care skills, with a focus on compassionate, professional interaction and clear education on treatment plans.
- Candidates should possess ability to manage and maintain Medical Records in compliance with privacy regulations and practice standards.
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program and current certification or registration (or eligibility) is preferred.
