Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Assistant located in Miami, FL. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for assisting healthcare practitioners in a clinical setting, preparing patients for treatments, managing medical records, and ensuring smooth medical office operations. Daily tasks include taking patient histories, managing scheduling, maintaining patient comfort, and ensuring treatment areas are prepared in accordance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Medical Assisting, including preparing patients, assisting with treatments, and performing clinical tasks
- Strong knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Experience in Medical Office administration, including appointment scheduling and front-office operations
- Ability to deliver excellent Patient Care with a compassionate and professional approach
- Proficient in handling Medical Records, with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or training as a Medical Assistant is preferred
- Previous experience in a medical spa or aesthetic services is a plus
