Position is based at 2592 S 48th Street, Springdale, AR 72762.
Position requires availability Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with additional hours as needed.

Job Title: WACO Closing Processor 1
A closing processor’s responsibility is to assist closing agent(s) by working directly with the customers involved in each transaction. The Closing Processor will coordinate the closing accurately, timely and professionally while ensuring that the title company and lender requirements are adequately met. A Closing Processor must handle multiple tasks and multiple files at a time and be able to prepare files for closing, prepare documents, disburse and balance the file and package and ship the documents, if necessary, to ensure that closing deadlines are met.
What You Will Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.)
• Read and interpret documents such as real estate contracts, title commitments, and lender instructions. After reviewing all documents, ensure they meet all the title insurance underwriting guidelines and lender requirements, fulfill the real estate contract terms, and ensure the closing follows all regulatory requirements and WACO's quality customer service standards.
• Demonstrate the ability and willingness to work with customers courteously and professionally while protecting the interests of the company, the lender(s), borrowers and sellers and vendors who are part of the transaction.
• Proactively accept and make multiple calls daily (inbound and outbound) to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. Additionally, learn fundamental sales and networking skills to increase customer relationships.
• Fulfill lender/title requirements and the contract terms by ordering termite reports, home warranties, septic inspections, payoffs, and other misc. items from third-party vendors.
• Work closely with lenders to balance the final closing disclosure to all party’s satisfaction and ensure it complies with all lender requirements, title requirements, and terms of the real estate contract.
• Perform quality assurance measures, such as an ALTA review, to double-check numbers to avoid closing losses. Review all documents for accuracy relative to the closing transaction so that the final policy can be issued immediately.
• Follow up with customers to obtain any missing documents to avoid missing closing deadlines.
• Schedule requested appointments for buyers, sellers, real estate agents and lenders, and follow up with all parties if there is a delay or a need to reschedule.
• Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to completing compliance training and adhering to internal procedures and controls; reporting any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations; and reporting any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• 1 year of professional, customer service, banking or financial-related experience required.
• Previous experience working with, reviewing, or validating customer documents required.
• Licensed Notary Public or ability to obtain within 90 days required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Previous Title Company, Financial, and/or Accounting experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) preferred.
• Working knowledge of lending regulations preferred.
• Experience with real estate procedures preferred.
• Fact-checking experience or equivalent preferred.
• Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.
Physical Demands:
