- Responsible for maintaining cycle count records and customer report files obtained from multiple SAP systems.
- Handle special projects and day-to-day activities related to client requests, and carry on daily communication with the Inventory Control Manager, Supervisor, and Cycle Counters.
- You will also be responsible for continuous improvement of Inventory Control disciplines and deliver guidance regarding inventory issues, prepare and provide the following on a daily and weekly basis: reporting and documentation relevant to inventory and productivity.
- Other responsibilities may include maintaining inventory integrity and lead consolidation efforts, researching variances and discrepancies, liaising between all internal customers as it relates to inventory transactions in several systems, monitoring incoming components, as well as Finished Goods outbound components, and conducting variance investigations and completing audit documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- SAP or other WMS experience.
- 2 Years in a warehouse environment - prior experience operating material handling equipment (Reach truck, Cherry Picker) highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel required.
- Inventory control documentation, which includes creating new procedures as well as reviewing approved procedures.
- Previous inventory administrator experience within a 3PL environment.
- Proactively report actual or suspected ethics and compliance violations, vulnerabilities, security incidents, and breaches in the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of information assets as per the company's incident reporting process.
