Qualifications
- Proven management experience within social work or healthcare settings, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Strong background in program development related to behavioral health, developmental disabilities, or related fields.
- Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements governing social services in healthcare environments.
- Excellent relationship management skills to foster collaboration among residents, families, staff, and external agencies.
- Administrative experience including budgeting, documentation, and compliance oversight.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
