Arvada Care and Rehab is a 5‑star, 52‑bed skilled nursing and long‑term care facility seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team.
Available Positions & Schedules
Registered Nurse (RN)
- Full‑Time
- Day Shift: 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)
- Full‑time and/or part‑time opportunities may be available
- Schedule to be determined
Compensation
- RN: $50.00 – $52.00 per hour
- LPN/LVN: $32.00 – $39.00 per hour
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

Position Summary
Both the RN and LPN positions play a vital role in delivering high‑quality nursing care and supporting resident wellbeing. Team members collaborate closely with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure safe, compassionate, and effective care.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor resident conditions and assess care needs
- Observe, document, and report changes in resident status
- Communicate clinical findings to physicians and nursing leadership
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Perform routine nursing procedures (e.g., vital signs, injections)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in resident records
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN):
- Active Colorado RN license required
- Long‑term care experience preferred
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN):
- Active Colorado LPN/LVN license required
- Prior experience preferred; new graduates welcome
