The Opportunity
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused Client Service Administrator to join our San Diego office. This role is central to delivering the first-class experience our clients expect and ensuring our operations run smoothly. You’ll work closely with our advisor team, manage client documentation and account maintenance, and be a welcoming presence for clients visiting the office.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Client Service & Operations (60%)
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and liaison to advisors
- Prepare and process account paperwork, transfers, distributions, and updates
- Maintain client records and CRM data with precision and care
- Coordinate with custodians to resolve service issues
- Assemble materials for client meetings and mailings
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and overall office presentation
- Greet clients and ensure a warm, professional experience
🔹 Advisor Support (40%)
- Assist in gathering and organizing client financial data
- Support financial planning and investment research
- Prepare performance reports and reconcile data
- Attend client meetings in a supporting role
- Generate client correspondence and documentation

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree acceptable with equivalent experience in an investment support role
- Series 7 license required; Series 65, 66 preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of proven success in an administrative support function in an investment environment
