Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Program Manager to lead the setup and implementation of the agency’s Salesforce platform. The candidate will manage multiple Salesforce projects, coordinate teams and vendors, establish governance processes, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce program planning, strategy, and roadmap development.
Manage multiple Salesforce projects from planning through implementation.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and senior leadership.
Establish Salesforce governance processes, standards, and best practices.
Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
Conduct status meetings, track progress, and provide reports to leadership.
Gather business requirements and improve business processes through workflow automation.
Work with Salesforce developers, administrators, and architects on technical solutions.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate activities across project teams.
Lead change management, user training, and Salesforce adoption.
Prepare project plans, schedules, test plans, implementation documents, and status reports.
Track project performance, quality, and business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical education.
7 years of IT project management experience.
5 years of business process analysis experience.
3 years of workflow automation experience.
3 years of Salesforce experience.
Experience managing multiple projects and delivering them successfully.
Experience with software development projects, business analysis, and process improvement.
Experience in vendor management and cross-functional team coordination.
Strong communication, leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations.
PMP certification.
Experience managing digital workflow automation projects.
