Job Description

The Rehab Specialist Floater is a Part Time position and will be contacted to fill in as coverage for any Program.
- HS/GED, prefer Bachelor of Arts degree from an accredited college or university in a human services field
- One-year experience working in the mental health/psychosocial rehabilitation field, or acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Providing transportation,
- Assisting with money management,
- Making appointments,
- Diet coaching,
- Shopping,
- Cleaning,
- Assistance with ADL's,
- Teaching life skills,
Rehabilitation Specialists are expected to practice the Recovery Model in all interactions with members. The Recovery Model emphasizes hope, member responsibility, peer support, respect, empathy, non-stigmatizing language, empowerment, using members' strengths, and self-determination.
$18 - $18 an hour
