About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive part-time associate to work closely with founder Jenny Huang across fulfillment, operations, and partnerships. You’ll help bring ArtZen to life behind the scenes, from managing orders and logistics to supporting business development and brand growth.
This is a unique opportunity to join a purpose-driven startup at the intersection of art and wellness, and gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business.
Responsibilities
🖌️ Operations & Fulfillment
- Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment, including packing, shipping, and post-delivery follow-ups
- Manage inventory system (stock in / stock out) to ensure accurate tracking and availability
💌 Business Development & Partnerships
- Support partnership development and collaboration opportunities
- Draft and send professional outreach emails to potential collaborators and workshop clients
- Manage CRM or spreadsheet to track outreach, follow-ups, and responses
🎟 Event Support
- Help with outreach to venues, sponsors, influencers, and wellness partners
- Manage RSVPs, guest communications, and logistical coordination
- Coordinate photography and video production for brand and event documentation
Ideal Candidate
- Based in LA (or able to attend weekly to bi-weekly meetings on the East Side)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and emotionally intelligent
- Strong interest in art, wellness, mindfulness, or neuroscience
- Bonus: experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or business development in a startup setting
