What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host/Customer Service position at Arturo's Ristorante?
Arturo's Ristorante at 54 E. Main St. in Westborough is seeking a host/hostess for greeting and helping out the servers. We have shifts open for an energetic and smiling person! We are very busy and conveniently located.
We only have a few requirements, please read them carefully.
Open: 3-5 nights 4pm - 9pm (Monday-Thursday) 4pm -10pm (Friday/Saturday).
FUN OUTGOING ATTITUDE! As this job requires you to greet many customers, you need to be the type of person that naturally smiles at everyone you meet!
ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK. Along with greeting and seating guests, you will help answer telephones, and assist servers to give excellent customer service.
DETAIL ORIENTED. Our customers deserve to get exactly what they asked for, a strong attention to detail when placing orders or putting in requests with accuracy is important.
Previous experience working in foodservice is recommended but not required.
