Role Description
Artuis is seeking an Information Technology Support Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in San Diego County, CA. This professional will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain desktop computers, and manage IT systems. The Specialist will also be responsible for providing help desk support, ensuring that technical challenges are resolved efficiently to enable seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills to aid users in resolving IT-related challenges effectively
- Expertise in Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
- Proficiency in working with Desktop Computers and other IT equipment
- Broad experience and understanding of Information Technology systems and networks
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in an on-site team environment
- CompTIA A or equivalent certification preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role or in the IT industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
Starting pay range is $25-30/hour
