Brief Description
Position Overview:
In this position you will be the face of our new igloo rentals located at the Winter Wonderland area of Christkindlmarkt. You will be expected to greet igloo rental guests and provide excellent costumer service to the rental groups. You will assist in providing the proper meal or treat packages to the igloos as ordered by the guests by ensuring the food that was prepped by the kitchen staff is delivered to the correct igloo. You will assist in running a point of sale system to sell tickets to lunch groups during the lunch buffet hours as well as selling day-of igloo rentals. You will be expected to answer questions regarding igloos and lunch ticket purchases. You will be expected to clean up the igloos after each rental session has elapsed, and get the igloo ready for the next rental session.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
This is a seasonal entry level position. Festival hours are Thursday 10a-6p, Friday 10a-8p, Saturday 10a-8p, Sunday 10a-8p from November 14th through December 21st, including Holidays. Employee must be willing and able to work outside festival hours to help support the event including inclement weather snow removal.

- Staffing and managing the front desk of the Hospitality Tent
- Assisting with processing guest’s rental and ticket purchases
- Supporting Igloo and Space rentals ensuring that each rental order and package is fulfilled
