Sweeper Truck Operator

This Job is cleaning shopping centers at Night and operating a sweeper truck.
Hours run from 8:00 pm till 4:30-5 am or until route is complete, time depends on scope of work for the night. This a full time position 4/5 nights a week. Nights worked change weekly. A 5 week schedule is given. We rotate Weekends the best we can. Most Holidays, and most Weather we Work. (People Litter Every Day of the Year)
Position starts at $19.00 per hr more possible depending on experience, raises are based on performance and work ethical , 40-45 hours a week. Weekly pay. 401k offered after a year.
As being an operator you still are required to get out of the vehicle and clean grassy areas, landscape beds, up against buildings, loading docks, front walks, change trash bags and etc. You are out of the truck as much as you are in. The truck is just a tool to help assist in the cleaning process.
As a operator you have eyes on the entire property, therefore it is your responsibility to ensure the property is cleaned correctly each night. All litter and debris removed every night.
We are looking for someone that works hard, communicates well with others, can GIVE and TAKE direction in a positive manner, take pride in their work, respect others and respect the equipment.
You must be fine with working at night, and working around trash.
Willing to train the right candidate. You must have a DOT physical card or willing to get one, a clean driving record, a valid Drivers License, and a working cell phone.
Reliable transportation to and from the shop is a must.(Jarrettsville Md 21084)
Experience and Local is a plus.
