Artsana USA Inc., maker of the renowned Chicco brand of infant and juvenile products, is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager – Amazon US to join our corporate headquarters in Lancaster, PA. In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of Chicco’s growth on Amazon, partnering with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to accelerate revenue, expand market share, and elevate brand visibility. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and execute account management, merchandising, and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for Amazon
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon, building customer relationships, driving growth opportunities, and promoting new products
- Monitor channel profitability and ensure operational functionality, delivering sales growth and market share while managing sales planning and forecasting
- Manage operational processes, including pricing, collections, promotions, product set-up, stock availability, and other day-to-day tasks
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance product listings, content, and advertising for maximum visibility and conversion
- Monitor and analyze account performance, providing actionable insights and clear reporting to clients and internal teams
- Ensure account adheres to all Amazon policies and procedures
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3 years of experience in managing online sales of consumer products; experience in managing Amazon accounts strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-profile accounts
- Exceptional project management skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and motivate teams to produce desired tangible outcomes in tight timeframes
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with an in-depth understanding of sales performance metrics and eCommerce trends
- Ability to identify and resolve issues, making sound judgments to achieve objectives with minimal supervision
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficient in using online portals such as Vendor Central to manage accounts and operations
- Advanced Excel skills with proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite
