We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Front Desk- Payroll Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. This role requires strong clerical skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to work effectively in an office environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into various databases and systems.
- Utilize Excel for data management
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, typing.
- Assist with payroll tasks as needed to support the team.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

- Visitor Traffic
- Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and workflows.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately while managing multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bilingual is a must (English and Spanish).
