What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Coordinator position at Arts Foundation of Cape Cod?
This is a high-energy role that is critical to how our small, fast-moving team operates. You will support the Executive Director and the broader team across operations, communications, donor data, and office systems.
This role requires genuine technical fluency, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball.
- Maintain and manage our Bloomerang CRM database with accuracy and consistency
- Prepare donor reports, data lists, and donor mailings
- Coordinate with our bookkeeper on income and expenses related to donations and programs
- Provide direct administrative and project support to the Executive Director
- Keep office systems, calendars, and internal communications running smoothly across our Google Workspace environment
- Support onboarding for new staff and board members
- Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors and general inquiries
- Assist with meetings and occasional events, including some evenings or weekends
- Provide project support across multiple programs and departments

Skills & Experience
- 2 or more years of administrative, operations, or project coordination experience
- Solid working knowledge of CRM or donor database systems (we use Bloomerang; experience with any comparable platform is welcome)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace — Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar
- Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel
- Nonprofit experience a plus, but not required
