Role Description The Intervention Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbus, OH, responsible for supporting students with diverse learning needs through individualized and small-group instruction. The role includes developing and implementing IEPs, collaborating with general education teachers to adapt curriculum, and providing targeted academic and behavioral interventions. The Intervention Specialist regularly collects and analyzes data to monitor student progress, adjusts strategies, and communicates outcomes to students, families, and colleagues. Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Education, including lesson planning, differentiated instruction, and assessment for diverse learners.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with students, families, and staff, and for clear documentation of plans and progress.
- Relevant teaching license or eligibility as an Intervention Specialist in Ohio, with experience in inclusive or special education settings.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, manage multiple priorities, and maintain organized records.
- Commitment to equity, cultural responsiveness, and supporting LGBTQ and diverse student populations in a progressive school environment.
- Familiarity with project-based learning and arts-integrated instruction is beneficial.
