We are looking for is Lead Business Systems Analyst - Project Manager Role who will be responsible for identifying, planning, and coordinating a set of business analysis activities to support existing applications in the Crew Systems space for Disney Cruise Line. The role involves managing interdependencies in support of all production applications and engaging with the business on behalf of the IT Support teams. The Lead Business Analyst defines business requirements and business processes that IT can use to enhance and update existing systems.

Required Skills
- Strong Knowledge Areas: Commercial Lending & Syndication
- Candidate must have a strong and proven Business Analyst, Functional Consultant and SME background on Finastra - LoanIQ Implementations / Product Upgrade / Migrations.
- Candidate should have strong experience on migration project model and execution framework.
- Should be able to drive Business and IT workshops and provision solution working with team.
- Capability to write effective BRDs & Functional specification documentations.
- Strong experience in product configurations and issue resolution.
- High analytical skills to assess customer’s requirement and effective solution / designing skills.
- Knowledge of agency, non-agency, bilateral and structured lending.
- Experience with asset-based, specialty, and other lending types,
- Workflow optimization, audit and reporting regulations and standards.
- Experience with primary and secondary loan trading.
- Strong understanding of LoanIQ (including complex syndicated lending) and Loan Operations/Servicing to ensure the platform s fit for purposes.
- Candidate should be able to manage a team size of min 10 to max 20 members and coordinate for delivery taking ownership.
- Bachelor’s in engineering (preferably)
- Masters or MBA
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
