Responsibilities :
3 years of experience as a Product Manager for data-focused software solutions in the manufacturing domain.
Strong understanding of software system design.
Proven ability to distill clear requirements from ambiguous problem statements.
Experience managing challenges in product development and delivery, including timelines, technical risks, and market dynamics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in building and deploying data infrastructure (preferred).
Strong data analytics and image processing software development skills (plus).
Background in hardware or process engineering within semiconductor manufacturing or similar industries (preferred).
Drive end-to-end solutioning and value delivery by translating customer needs into Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity.
Oversee the development of SaaS-based applications by coordinating with project managers, process engineers, system engineers, algorithm engineers, software developers, and UI / UX designers across different regions and time zones.
Manage prioritization and trade-offs between user experience, performance, and technical constraints.
Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to guide product strategies.
Support strategic and operational product roadmap implementation for in-house software and SaaS products.
Provide Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to R&D teams and assist in alpha / beta testing for product development.
Lead software product introduction, customer training, and adoption management.
Qualification :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
