This contract position offers night shifts assisting with daily living activities such as bathing feeding and mobility support. The role may require floating between two floors based on staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming and feeding.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Help patients with mobility repositioning and transferring as needed.
- Maintain patient records ensuring accurate documentation of care provided.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Follow facility protocols and maintain a clean safe environment for patients.
- May float between two floors as needed to support patient care.
