Potential Salary if Hired Permanently: 85000 95000/year
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8-Hour Shifts | Central Time
We are seeking an experienced Accounting/Finance Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity with occasional on-site presence required at the client's facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience supporting both financial and operational teams.
ResponsibilitiesManage and support product backorder processes
Collaborate with clinical teams to evaluate and vet products
Communicate product updates via memos and distribution lists
Analyse large data sets using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, etc.)
Utilise PeopleSoft for financial tracking and reporting
Support Portfolio Manager with non-procedural product evaluations
Serve as a liaison between finance and clinical teams
Report directly to the team manager
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar accounting/finance analyst role
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS required)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with PeopleSoft (preferred)
Background in healthcare (preferred but not required)
Must be local to the client's area for occasional on-site meetings
Interview Process: Two rounds via Microsoft Teams video
Contract Duration: 6 months, with potential to convert to permanent
