Through recreational classes, our Pre-Professional Day Program, Performance Company, musical theatre productions, and numerous performance opportunities, we give both aspiring professionals and recreational dancers the chance to develop their talents, build confidence, and expand their dreams.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Acro Instructor to help lead our acro program.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated teacher who is excited to help build and shape a program within an established and thriving performing arts studio.
7 hours per week available with competitive hourly pay of $20-$30/hr.

Our studio is conveniently located in Schuylkill Haven, PA, with an easy commute from:
Berks, Lehigh, Lebanon, Carbon, Dauphin, Northumberland, and Columbia counties.
Program Support
Artists in Motion is committed to investing in our acro program. We provide:

Responsibilities
- Teach acro classes to students of various ages and levels
- Create a safe and encouraging learning environment
- Develop technique, strength, flexibility, and performance quality
- Collaborate with studio leadership and other faculty members
- Contribute to performances, showcases, and recital choreography when applicable
Qualifications
- Acro certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of safe acro progressions and technique
- Background in dance or gymnastics
- Passion for teaching and mentoring young performers
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance required
Non-certified instructors may still apply. Artists in Motion can provide a pathway to certification.
