Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dance Instructor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various dance styles, particularly Ballet, and have experience working with students of all ages. This role involves educating and inspiring students while fostering a positive and inclusive environment that promotes creativity and self-expression. Canidate should have a strong background in dance technique and the passion for sharing their creativity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging dance lesson plans tailored to the skill levels of students.
- Teach various dance styles, focusing on Ballet, while incorporating elements of childhood development and behavior management.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their techniques and performance skills.
- Organize and participate in dance recitals, showcases, or competitions as needed.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns related to their development.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio space conducive to learning.
Experience
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage students effectively.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles is a plus.
- Experience working with students in a dance or educational setting is essential.
