About the Role
Artistic Paver Manufacturing is seeking a professional and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our customers, distribution partners, and sales team by managing orders, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, experienced with ERP/CRM systems, and comfortable working within the Microsoft Office Suite. This position offers competitive hourly compensation with a clear path toward a salaried role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and distribution partners
- Accurately enter, track, and manage orders within ERP and CRM systems
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability
- Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, and account updates
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment
- Generate reports using Microsoft Office tools
- Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients and team members
Qualifications
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, or account management
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
