Are you driven, organized, confident under pressure, and passionate about building relationships and closing deals?
Artistic Escapes Landscape Company is looking for a high-performing Business Development & Project Management professional to help grow our company by creating relationships, generating leads, selling projects, and helping guide customers from first contact to completed job.
This is not a sit-behind-a-desk position. We are looking for someone who is hungry, motivated, emotionally strong under pressure, and excited to help build something great.
Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on new leads
- Build relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, and referral partners
- Meet with potential customers and create excitement around projects
- Sell landscape construction projects and help guide customers through the process
- Assist with project management and scheduling coordination
- Maintain strong customer communication before, during, and after projects
- Help resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
- Support positive team culture and communication between crews and clients
- Help identify opportunities for company growth and improved systems
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and energy

Experience Preferred
- Sales experience
- Landscape, construction, or project management experience preferred
- Customer service and leadership experience
- CRM or scheduling software experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
