Business Development Representative – Custom Retail Fixtures & Store Design (NY & NJ)
About Us
Artistic Display designs, manufactures, and installs custom retail fixtures, showcases, shelving, counters, display systems, and complete store interiors for retailers throughout the United States.
We are currently focused on expanding our presence in the New York and New Jersey market and are seeking a motivated business development professional to help generate new projects and develop relationships with local businesses.
Compensation
100% Commission-Based Position
This is a commission-only opportunity with unlimited earning potential. Compensation is based on projects generated and successfully closed. The pay range shown on really reflects estimated earning potential and is not a guaranteed salary.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities throughout New York and New Jersey.
- Develop relationships with retail store owners, shopping center management, developers, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
- Identify upcoming store openings, renovations, expansions, and relocation projects.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and opportunities.
- Work closely with our team to develop solutions and project estimates for clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Represent Artistic Display professionally within the local business community.
Ideal Candidate
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Previous business development or B2B sales experience preferred.
- Existing relationships with retail store owners, commercial real estate professionals, contractors, architects, or designers in the NY/NJ area are highly preferred.
- Familiarity with the New York and New Jersey business market is a plus.

Location
Sales representative may work remotely; however, the primary sales territory and target clients are located within New York and New Jersey.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
