Director – Marketing & Sales, North America

About The Role

ADM is seeking a Director, Marketing & Sales for North America to lead market expansion, strengthen relationships with leading denim brands and retailers, and present ADM’s sustainability and innovation story to the North American market. This is a senior role for an experienced denim industry professional with deep brand relationships and a track record of growing sourcing programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales expansion and new business development across North America
• Maintain relationships with brands, retailers, and sourcing organizations
• Present ADM’s capabilities in innovation and sustainability
• Identify opportunities in denim, fashion bottoms, utility, and lifestyle segments
• Coordinate across global teams in multiple countries
• Support growth of FOB, LDP/DDP, and replenishment program offerings
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in denim or apparel sales, sourcing, product development, or supply chain roles
• Proven experience with major denim brands and retailers
• Established relationships with sourcing heads, merchants, and buying offices
• Deep knowledge of denim fabrics, garment development, and global sourcing
• Strong communication and relationship management abilities
• Willingness to travel within North America and internationally
