We are seeking a dedicated and professional Inbound Call Center Agent to join our growing team. As an integral part of our customer service department, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing efficient solutions to their problems.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Document all customer interactions in the internal database.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different inquiries.
- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
