Graphics/Marketing Coordinator & Administrative Assistant
Location: Tumwater, WA (In-Person)
Status: Part-Time (20–30 hours/week)
We are seeking a highly organized, design-savvy Administrative Assistant & Marketing Coordinator with strong graphic design skills to support proposals, marketing, and office operations in an architecture and planning firm.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys visual communication, layout, and graphic production while also supporting administrative and front-of-house responsibilities.
What You’ll Do- Design and produce proposals, SOQs, and marketing materials
- Apply strong graphic layout, hierarchy, and visual clarity using Adobe Creative Suite
- Support RFP/SOQ tracking, deadlines, and submissions
- Assist with marketing content, social media, signage, and award entries
- Support client onboarding, contracts, and administrative coordination
- Serve as a welcoming front-of-house presence and office coordinator
- Strong graphic design skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- InDesign (required)
- Illustrator and Photoshop (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience in architecture, planning, or design industries
- Proposal or SOQ production experience
- Social media or marketing support experience
Pay dependent on experience and hours
Portfolio or graphic work samples strongly encouraged.
