Artisanal Restaurant, established in 2005, is a Modern American fine dining restaurant known for its professional service and team-oriented environment. We are seeking Servers and Bartenders who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team committed to exceptional service.
Seasonal | Full-Time
The restaurant operates dinner service only, Tuesday through Saturday, from May through the end of October.
Server Duties
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Take guest orders and provide knowledgeable recommendations from the food, wine, and spirits menus
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service standards
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service
Wine knowledge is a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of serving experience (fine dining or higher-end restaurant experience is a plus)
- Solid knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Ability to engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Ability to handle transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety and handling standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Compensation: Wage plus tips/service charge
BartenderDuties
Bartender responsibilities include all server duties, as well as:
- Prepare spirits and classic cocktails accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Assist with bar inventory and restocking supplies
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on spirits, cocktails, and wine
Wine knowledge is a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of bartending experience or similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of spirits and classic cocktail preparation
- Ability to execute drinks accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong hospitality and guest interaction skills
Compensation: Wage plus tips/service charge
