Kitchen Leader – Artisan Wood Fired Kitchen

Artisan Wood Fired Kitchen is not just another restaurant. We cook exclusively with wood-fired ovens — no seed oils — and serve food we are genuinely proud of. Our kitchen is open-concept and right in the middle of the dining room, so the team and guests see the craftsmanship in real time. We treat every guest the way we’d want to be treated and expect the same high standards from our team.We are looking for Kitchen Leaders who are passionate about producing high-quality food cooked to order. You will lead by example on the line, hold yourself and your team to the highest standards, and help us deliver the consistent, crave-worthy dishes that bring guests back.Key Responsibilities

• Lead production on the wood-fired line: cook-to-order, consistency, speed, and presentation.
• Maintain the highest cleanliness and food-safety standards at all times.
• Train and coach BOH team members so every shift runs smoothly and every plate leaves the kitchen with pride.
• Support new growth initiatives (brunch, elevated lunch offerings, ghost-kitchen volume, late-night events).
• Work closely with the Manager and owners to hit labor efficiency, food cost, and quality goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for great food and a genuine desire to serve dishes we can all be proud of.
• Previous kitchen experience (line cook or lead level preferred) with a strong understanding of cooked-to-order execution.
• Ability to stay calm and focused during busy service in a visible, open kitchen.
• Team-first mindset and willingness to hold others accountable while leading by example.

Compensation & Benefits

• $18 – $20 per hour (based on experience and performance)
