Position: Banquet Server
Location: Artisan Southport at Delamar Hotel, Southport, CT
Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
Compensation: $16.94/hr plus tips
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests during private events, weddings, corporate functions, and celebrations
- Set up and break down banquet rooms per event specifications
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to ensure seamless service
- Maintain a polished, professional, and guest-focused demeanor at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior banquet, fine dining, or hospitality experience preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
