Artisan Roofing & Construction is hiring 3 Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team.
We are looking for experienced roofing sales professionals who know how to generate business, run appointments, inspect roofs, work with homeowners, and close deals. If you have a proven track record in roofing sales and are looking for a company where you can continue to grow, we want to hear from you.
Our sales team is supported from the first appointment through the final installation. You will have access to training, estimating support, production support, and the resources needed to stay focused on selling and taking care of your customers.
New to roofing? We are also open to strong salespeople who have the drive and work ethic to learn the industry. All new representatives receive a 2-week paid training program covering roofing fundamentals, inspections, insurance claims, our sales process, and how to properly work with homeowners.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through D2D, referrals, networking, and other sales opportunities
- Meet with homeowners and assess their roofing needs
- Conduct roof inspections and identify storm damage and other roofing issues
- Prepare and present estimates and proposals
- Guide homeowners through the sales and insurance process
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and your sales pipeline
- Build relationships with homeowners and referral partners
- Close roofing projects and maintain customer relationships
- Coordinate with the production team throughout each project
- Keep customers updated from the initial sale through completion
- Develop your own book of business through consistent prospecting and follow-up
Qualifications:
- 2 years of roofing sales experience preferred
- Experience with D2D sales and roof inspections
- Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation
- Experience with insurance claims and storm restoration preferred
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Confident communicating with homeowners
- Strong organization and follow-up
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver's license
Compensation:
- 100% Commission
- Paid 2-week training
- Large end-of-year bonus opportunities
This is a performance-based opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in roofing sales. Experienced reps can earn $80,000 in their first year depending on sales volume and performance.
We are looking for competitive, dependable people who are willing to work and want to build something of their own. If you already have roofing sales experience, you'll be able to hit the ground running. If you're an experienced salesperson from another industry, we'll give you the training to learn roofing and our process.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
