Position Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Lab Technician to join our dynamic and innovative R&D team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the R&D department with various laboratory tasks such as batch execution and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and conduct laboratory tests and experiments under the guidance of chemists. Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments and results.
- Produce laboratory batches under the guidance of chemists.
- Assist with preparing samples for shipment including packaging and labeling.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments including calibration and record keeping.
- Restock laboratory inventory as needed.
- Laboratory cleaning and organization tasks as needed.
Education, Skills and Experience Needed:
- Computer literacy with experience with G-suite or Microsoft Office.
- Tolerance of working with perfumes and fragrances.
- Experience working in a lab environment a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
