Now Hiring: Entry-Level Carpenter – Residential Construction
We’re looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our residential construction team as an Entry-Level Carpenter. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in building a long-term career in carpentry while gaining hands-on experience in the field.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with framing, siding, trim, and other carpentry tasks
- Safely and effectively use hand and power tools
- Load/unload materials and maintain clean job sites
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Support experienced carpenters while learning the trade
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Steady work history with no significant employment gaps
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction safety (a plus)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly pay (DOE – depending on experience)
