As a Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products repaired meet quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This position requires you own your vehicle that is fuel-efficient and be willing to drive all across the state to perform the service calls. Mileage is paid.
Duties
- Diagnose and repair malfunctioning Furniture using appropriate tools and techniques. .
- Document repair processes, including parts used and time taken for repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and product quality.
- Provide guidance to customers regarding Furniture usage and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow complex instructions.
- Good communication skills for interacting with team members and customers.
